Shipping policy

Free kerbside delivery on all standard products in mainland UK only, except for the postcodes listed in the free delivery section below.

Delivery Lead Time

All our products are handmade with care.
Unless otherwise stated or agreed, our estimated lead times are:

  • 2 to 3 weeks for Corten Steel & Classic Steel Planters
  • 8 to 12 weeks for Fibreglass Planters
  • 3 to 4 weeks for Powder-Coated Steel Planters
  • Within 5 working days for Edging
  • 3 to 4 weeks for Water Features and Seating
  • 2 to 3 weeks for Outdoor Heating Products

Pre-weathered products may require an additional week if the process needs to be repeated to ensure they arrive fully pre-weathered. (This is an additional service.)

Edensteel Ltd offers free kerbside delivery on all standard products up to to mainland UK only, except for the following postcodes where a supplemental delivery charge of £59.95 applies:

Approved Couriers

Edensteel Ltd uses a network of approved couriers to deliver your order. Please ensure your contact details are accurate when placing your order, as our couriers will use them to arrange delivery.

Large orders or oversized products will be delivered by pallet courier. Pallet couriers will use a tail lift to lower your delivery to the ground and are responsible for kerbside delivery only.

If you are not available to receive your order on the agreed delivery date, redelivery charges will apply:

  • £95 per pallet

  • £40 per parcel

Patina Finish

Most of our products are designed to develop a natural rusty patina finish. We may deliver products at any stage of this process, from raw steel to fully patinated.

If you require a full patina finish on delivery, please request this option by contacting our sales team - Additional costs may apply*

Note: Products should be unpacked immediately upon delivery. Leaving products packaged outdoors may cause uneven or undesirable patina patterns.
